On the evening of the first day of the conference, a reception party will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the ballroom (Festsaal) of Saarbrücken City Hall with the following live entertainment delights :
- a singing performance by the Choir of htw saar (Saarland University of Applied Sciences)
- an English presentation by Mr. Geoff Tranter entitled Humorous Linguistics (please click here).
Complimentary refreshments and snacks (nosh / finger food) will be provided for our participants’ enjoyment over small talk and informal discussions.

Conference Chairman and Organisation Team cordially invite the conference participants to a rustic buffet on the second day of the conference in Villa Europa, where a pleasant atmosphere will be laid out for our participants to exchange and share personal and academic experience, and do networking
The musical setting will be provided by the htw saar Professors’ duo, Acoustomatics, Reiner Güttler (guitar) and Helmut Folz (vocals). For years, the two computer scientists have devoted part of their time to music – as an important balance to their work as professors at our university.
We are looking forward to spending an enjoyable and inspiring evening in an international atmosphere with you.
